We deliver to the locations available at checkout. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel/refund the order.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full address

  • Correct phone number

  • Landmark (if needed)

OUdalmarjaan is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unreachable phone number

  • refusal to accept delivery

  • multiple failed delivery attempts

We may reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund after deducting shipping/courier costs where applicable.

7. Tracking

If tracking is available through the courier, it will be shared via email/SMS/Shopify notifications after dispatch. Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/video of the package and product

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund according to the situation and our policies.

9. Delays Outside Our Control

uUdalmarjaan is not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs (if applicable), natural events, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to support you and coordinate with the courier when possible.
