1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened/used items, or scent preference.
Returns/claims are only accepted if:

Your order is missing items (partially missing)
2. Reporting Timeframe
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issue. Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
3. Required Proof for Claims
To process your request, we may require:

Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Unboxing video (recommended, if available)

Order number and delivery details
4. Condition of Items
For eligible cases, the item must be:
If the product has been used/opened (except where damage is evident on delivery), the claim may be rejected.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
If you placed an order using Cash on Delivery (COD):

No cash refunds are issued at the doorstep after delivery is completed.

If an approved claim is confirmed (damaged/wrong/missing item), we may provide one of the following:

Replacement of the product, or

Store credit, or
-
Refund via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash (only after verification and approval)
To receive a COD refund (where applicable), you must provide:
COD refunds (if approved) are typically processed within 5–10 business days after claim approval.
7. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or the product arrived damaged.

If a return shipment is required, we will guide you on the process.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Products damaged due to customer handling

Orders placed with incorrect address/phone details

Delays caused by courier services

Minor packaging variations that do not affect the product
9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
10. Refused or Undelivered Packages
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may:

Refund after deducting shipping/courier costs (where applicable)
